District Fete is the coordination and event day management (only) division of CM Events and Design. Many couples may choose to plan the majority of their wedding on their own, but when it’s time for the big day, coordination services like the one offered by District Fete ensures that talented professionals are taking care of all the logistical details 8 weeks prior to the wedding and on the day of. This service does not include design or set up/breakdown of decor. This service is only offered in Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland.


  • Complimentary initial consultation

  • Preferred vendor recommendations upon booking

  • Management of wedding vendors

  • 1 Lead coordinator and 1 assisting coordinator per 100 guests

  • 2 in person meetings prior to your wedding

  • Final walkthrough meeting

  • Wedding day timeline preparation and delivery to vendors

  • Vendor service confirmations

  • Conduct rehearsal

  • Manage the logistics and flow of the day

  • Wedding accessories set up ( ex: flutes, cake cutter, guestbook, table numbers, favors and place cards)

  • Assist with a family member/friend for the collection of the wedding gifts at the end of the night

  • Care Package/Emergency kit

The investment for event day management and coordination by District Fete is $1500 (for up to 100 guests); a custom proposal will be sent for larger guest lists, travel and/or additional event day management needs.
