Event + Wedding PLanning and Design
Full Service Planning and Design- This service is comprehensive; everything from experiential event design, event styling, timelines, checklists, site visits, welcome gift assembly and everything in between. Assisting with vendor recommendations in every category, budget preparation, contract negotiation, site scouting and ongoing consultation are included in this level of service.
Destination Wedding Planning and Design- We are known for “Redesigning the Destination Wedding”. Our destination weddings are fun, unique, stylish and our speciality, but they do come with unique considerations. In addition to items outlined in Full Service Planning, this service includes travel and guest management via our destination wedding travel specialists, site inspections, decoration, event styling, and assistance with planning of weekend events and excursions. We are passport ready and specialize in Florida, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Event Day Management/Coordination with Design- Some may choose to plan the majority of their special event or wedding, but may need a team of professionals like CMED to provide creative direction, design + oversee everything on the event day to ensure that all details and plans are in place and that everything runs smoothly.
Our coordination + design investment starts at $2500; Full service requires a custom proposal. Pricing can increase due to the following variables: event size, scope, location, travel, and complexity. In order to provide a quote specific to your needs, please contact us. All services are combined with Event Day Management to ensure the design and logistics are executed properly.
Design- To work with us, you should have a design budget of at least $6,000-$10,000 (florals, rentals, decor, etc).
